The Seattle Kraken are gearing up with a revamped roster for 2024-25. With that said, some of their lines have gotten reconstructed with the new add-ons and departures this offseason. We have already looked at the first forward line and the first defensive pairing, so let's now shift to the second forward line.

Second Line: 20 / 9 / 7

This line has some serious potential. Two of the three members of this trio were getting busy this offseason, and that can only mean that they are going to be giving it their all to prove they were worth the extension/signing.

On the left side, it is Eeli Tolvanen. The 25-year-old from Finland was brought back to the Kraken this offseason on a new two-year deal. He is poised to have a breakout season after hitting some career-highs in assists and points in 2023-24.

Newly acquired Chandler Stephenson sits in the middle of the second line. After signing that monster seven-year, $6.25 million contract, he must also prove, alongside Tolvanen, that he is worthy of the roster spot. He has been a steady contributor for the Vegas Golden Knights over the past few seasons. Hopefully, he brings that dependability to this Kraken offense desperately searching for answers.

On the right side, it is Jordan Eberle. One of a select few that remain from the 2021 Expansion Draft, Eberle has been a solid second-liner in his tenure with Seattle. In 78 games last season, he scored 17 goals and added 24 assists for 44 points and an unusual +1 in +/-.

This line could be a spark plug for new Head Coach Dan Bylsma. With a veteran winger and two skaters trying to prove that their new deals were worth every penny, something is brewing with this trio.

How do you think the second-line will fair in 2024-25?
