The Seattle Kraken are just a little over a month away from seeing preseason action and then onto the puck drop for the regular season. With that said, let's take a look at who might new Head Coach Dan Bylsma will be rolling out first on October 8th versus St. Louis.

First Line - 19 / 10 / 22

This is a pretty obvious one, the three best forwards will man the top line and will be on the ice for the most amount of time.

On the left wing, is the MVP candidate for this squad, Jared McCann. His number will be up in the rafters of Climate Pledge Arena, and he will be the most important member of this team in 2024-25. If the Kraken want to have any chance of returning to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, McCann will have to mirror his 70-point effort in 2022-23, or be even better than that.

At center, Matty Beniers signed his new deal a few weeks ago and now eyes are on him to fill this role of being the top-line center for the duration of that deal. He has been shaky in his young career, but this season should be considered as a put-up or shut-up year. We will find out if the Kraken made the right decision in locking him up for that long and that much money.

On the right side, Oliver Bjorkstrand should be the guy to take that spot. He has proven to be a top-line winger, scoring 20+ goals in three straight years. He could potentially be a guy that could break McCann's franchise record of 40 goals, which he set in 2022-23.

Do you think Bylsma will roll out these three first on October 8th, and how will they fare this upcoming season?
